Pre-ordered boxes can also be picked up on Fridays too. They are cheaper than buying items separately. Lamb or mutton boxes are currently £100, for half carcasses, boxed and packed ready for the freezer.
We can also supply un-butchered carcasses if you fancy having a go yourself, or to cook over an open fire in one go!
